Robert Rodriguez, DDS

Dr. Rob Rodriguez, owner of Premier Dental, was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA. He attended Washington High School and graduated in 1989 from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. After practicing in California for several years he returned home in 1994. Dr. Rob enjoys running, golf, traveling and spending time with his three children, and now resides again in Monterey, CA.

Shawn Ray, DDS

Dr. Shawn Ray was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. He attended Linn-Mar High School. After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2002, he and his wife, Dr. Alison Ray, served as dentists in the Navy. Dr. Shawn Ray joined Premier Dental in 2006. He is a member of the American Dental Association..

Dr. Shawn Ray is married and has two daughters. He enjoys working out, traveling, and cheering on the Hawkeyes.

Bailey Hammerberg, DDS

Dr. Bailey Hammerberg graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School in 2011 and is a 2001 Cedar Rapids Washington High School graduate. She is a member of the ADA® and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Premier Dental was pleased to welcome Dr. Bailey as an associate in 2013. Prior to joining Premier Dental she was an associate with Dr. Glen Miska.

Dr. Bailey is married and has two handsome sons and a beautiful golden retriever. She enjoys golfing, swimming, working out, going to Iowa football games and spending time with friends and family. She loves working with children and doing cosmetic dentistry. Her mission is to calm fears and erase bad past experiences at the dentist.
